Section 3

Reconstitution of National Parks Board

As from 1 July 1996, the Board continues in existence and continues to be a body corporate with perpetual succession and capable of —

(a)

suing and being sued;

(b)

acquiring, owning, holding, developing and disposing of property, movable and immovable; and

(c)

doing and suffering such other acts or things as bodies corporate may lawfully do and suffer.
