Section 32

Power to make regulations

(1)

The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations for carrying out the purposes and provisions of this Act.

(2)

Without limiting subsection (1), the Board may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations for or with respect to all or any of the following matters:

(a)

regulating the proceedings of the Board or of the committees of the Board;

(b)

the manner of appointment, conduct and discipline and the terms and conditions of service of the employees of the Board;

(c)

the establishment of funds for the payment of gratuities and other benefits to employees of the Board;

(d)

any other matter which by this Act is required or permitted to be prescribed or is necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to any provision of this Act.[40
