Section 27

Section 27

Existing contracts

All deeds, bonds, agreements, instruments and arrangements subsisting immediately before 1st April 1996 to which the National Productivity Board or the Singapore Institute of Standards and Industrial Research is a party shall —

(a)

continue in force on and after that date; and

(b)

be enforceable by or against the Board as if the Board had been named therein or had been a party thereto instead of the National Productivity Board or the Singapore Institute of Standards and Industrial Research, as the case may be.[26
