Constitution of Board

(1)
The Board shall consist of the following members:
(a)
a Chairman;
(b)
the chief executive; and
(c)
not less than 6 and not more than 16 other members from such sectors or classes of persons as the Minister may consider appropriate, including the Government, employers, trade unions, businesses, professionals and the academic staff of the institutions of higher learning in Singapore.

The First Schedule shall apply to the Board, its members and proceedings.
