Section 19

Determination and order to be in writing

(1)

Every determination and order of the Tribunal must be given in writing and must include a statement of the Tribunal’s reasons for the determination or order, as the case may be.

(2)

The Registrar must, within 7 days of the making of the determination or order, send certified copies of the determination or order to the applicant and the relevant contracting authority.
