Satisfaction of order
(1)
A contracting authority against whom an order under section 16 or 18(3)(a), (b) or (c) is made must comply with the order.
(2)
An applicant in whose favour an order under section 18(3)(d) is made may recover the amount ordered to be paid to the applicant by an action for a debt in any court of competent jurisdiction.
(3)
This section does not affect the right of the contracting authority to seek judicial review of a determination or order of the Tribunal.
