Section 21

Subject to any regulations made under this Act, the costs of any challenge proceeding, including the costs of the Tribunal, are at the discretion of the Tribunal.

The costs may be recovered as if they were costs in a suit in the General Division of the High Court and as if the determination of the Tribunal in relation to the costs were a decree made in the General Division of the High Court.
