Section 9

Registrar and officers of Tribunal

(1)

The Minister may appoint a Registrar of the Tribunal and such other officers of the Tribunal as the Minister considers necessary.

(2)

The duties of the Registrar and other officers of the Tribunal are, subject to this Act and any regulations made under this Act, as the Minister directs.

(3)

The Registrar and other officers of the Tribunal are deemed to be public servants for the purposes of the Penal Code 1871.
