Health Committee

(1)
The Medical Council may, from time to time, appoint one or more Health Committees, each comprising not less than 3 persons, of whom at least one shall be a member of the Medical Council and who shall be the chairman.

A Health Committee shall inquire into any case or matter referred to it under this Act.

A Health Committee may be appointed in connection with one or more matters or for a fixed period of time as the Medical Council may think fit.
