Section 59I

For the purposes of an inquiry under this Part by any Disciplinary Tribunal, Health Committee or Interim Orders Committee, the Medical Council may appoint an advocate and solicitor and pay him, as part of the expenses of the Medical Council, such remuneration as the Medical Council may determine.
