Section 14

Penalty under this Part

Any person who fails to comply with any notice (except a notice under section 10) or order made under this Part, or contravenes any of the provisions of this Part, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction —

(a)

to a fine not exceeding $20,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both; and

(b)

in the case of a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine not exceeding $50,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
