Section 55
Receipts, notices, etc.
(1)
All notices, orders, receipts, warrants and other documents which the Director‑General is empowered to give by this Act may be given —
(a)
in such form as the Director-General may determine; and
(b)
by any authorised officer.
(2)
Where any such notice, order, receipt, warrant or document requires authentication, either of the following appended thereto is sufficient authentication:
(a)
the signature of the Director-General or authorised officer; (b)a facsimile of the signature of the Director‑General or authorised officer.
