Uses

SECOND SCHEDULESection 3(3)(j)UsesSection 3(3)(j) applies to any building or buildings or part of a building which is or are approved or authorised to be used for any of the following uses:

(a)

boarding house;

(b)

hotel;

(c)

serviced apartments;

(d)

student hostel;

(e)

place of worship;

(f)

workers’ dormitory;

(g)

industrial retail building;

(h)
