(a)

condominium;

(b)

townhouse;

(c)

cluster housing;

(d)

strata bungalow;

(e)

residential flat.Part 2Section 4(2)(b) applies to any development which is or is to be lawfully used for any of the following uses:

(a)

flatted factories;

(b)

flatted warehouse;

(c)

office;

(d)

shopping;

(e)
