Section 21
Existing contracts
All deeds, bonds, agreements, instruments and arrangements subsisting immediately before 1st December 1999 to which the TAS or the NCB is a party or to which any employee of the TAS or the NCB transferred to the service of the Authority under section 19 is a party shall continue in force on and after that date and shall be enforceable by or against the Authority as if the Authority had been named therein or had been a party thereto instead of the TAS or the NCB, as the case may be.
