Section 21

Any person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Board under section 19(2) or (3) may, within 3 months of the date of the decision or within such further period as the General Division of the High Court may allow, appeal to the General Division of the High Court against the decision.

There is no appeal from a decision of the General Division of the High Court.
