Section 34

A certificate purporting to be under the hand of the Registrar to the effect that, at any time or during any period specified in the certificate, any person was or was not an Advanced Practice Nurse, or had or did not have in force an Advanced Practice Nurse certificate, or as to any entry in the Advanced Practice Nurse Register, or the removal from the Advanced Practice Nurse Register of any entry is, in the absence of proof to the contrary, and without further proof of the signature appended to the certificate, sufficient evidence of the matters specified in the certificate.
