Section 40

Service of documents

Any notice, order or document required or authorised to be served or given under this Act or any regulations made under this Act is deemed to be sufficiently served or given —

(a)

by delivering a copy thereof personally or by leaving it with some adult person at the last known place of residence or place of business of the person on whom it is to be served or given; or

(b)

by sending it by registered post addressed to the person on whom it is to be served or given at the person’s last known place of residence or place of business.
