Where Board member is in public service
A member of the Board is not disqualified from being a member of a Complaints Committee, or from taking part in the deliberations of the Board for the purposes of taking action under section 19, by reason only that the member, or the person who made the complaint or gave the information leading to the proceeding in question, is in the public service.
