Section 23Q

Public parcel locker network operator not liable to pay fee, etc., for right to enter or use land or premises

Despite any written law, the public parcel locker network operator is not, when exercising the powers conferred by section 23G, 23H, 23I or 23K, liable for or required to pay any person any fee or charge for the right to enter or use any land or premises.

Despite any written law, where the developer, owner or occupier of any specified premises or relevant land is required, under a code of practice issued under section 23M(1), to provide, maintain or give access to any space or facility in or on the specified premises or relevant land, the public parcel locker network operator is not liable for or required to pay the developer, owner or occupier (as the case may be) any fee or charge for the right to enter or use that space or facility.
