Section 3B

Powers of Postal Authority

(1)

Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Postal Authority may carry on any activities that appear to it to be advantageous, necessary or expedient for it to carry on for or in connection with the discharge of its functions and duties under this Act, and in particular, the Postal Authority may exercise any of the powers specified in the Schedule.
