Section 61

Intentional damage to installation or plant used for telecommunications

Any person who intending —

(a)

to prevent or obstruct the transmission or delivery of any message;

(b)

to intercept or to acquaint himself or herself with the contents of any message; or

(c)

to commit mischief,damages, removes, tampers with or touches any installation or plant (or any part of it) used for telecommunications belonging to a public telecommunication licensee or interferes with the radio‑communication service or system of a public telecommunication licensee shall be guilty of an offence.[41
