Section 82

Obstruction of police officer or Chief Executive or employee of Authority

Any person who intentionally obstructs a police officer or the Chief Executive or any employee of the Authority authorised to act for the Chief Executive in the execution of his or her duty under section 57 or 81 shall be guilty of an offence.[62
