Section 95

This Act does not apply to the licensing of any broadcasting service or any broadcasting apparatus under the Broadcasting Act 1994 except in respect of the regulation of any telecommunication system required for the operation of any broadcasting service or the approval of any broadcasting apparatus used in accordance with section 11.[72
