Section 14

Assistance in locating or identifying persons

Where the Attorney‑General is satisfied that there are reasonable grounds for believing that there is, in any foreign country, a person who —

(a)

is or might be concerned in or affected by; or

(b)

could give or provide evidence or assistance relevant to,any criminal matter in Singapore, the Attorney‑General may request that country to assist in locating or, if the person’s identity is unknown, in identifying and locating that person.
