Interpretation
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires —“Board” means the Board of Trustees of the university company mentioned in its constituent documents;“constituent documents”, in relation to the university company, means the memorandum of association and articles of association of the university company;“university company” means the company limited by guarantee incorporated under the Companies Act 1967 on 12 January 2000 under the name “Singapore Management University”.
