Restoration of registration

(1)
A person whose registration has been cancelled under section 19 or 26A may apply to the Board for the person’s name to be re‑registered.

The Board may, after considering all relevant circumstances, and upon the compliance by the applicant of all conditions imposed by the Board (if any) and the payment of the prescribed fee, re‑register the applicant.
(3)
No application for re-registration may be made to the Board —
(a)
before the expiry of 3 years from the date of the cancellation; and
(b)
more than once in any period of 12 months.
