Section 26B

Complaints against registered persons

(1)

A person (whether or not a member or an employee of the Board) may make a complaint against, or provide information about, any registered person to the Board touching on any matter mentioned in section 19(1).

Every complaint against, or information about, any registered person mentioned in subsection (1) must —

(a)

be in writing; and

(b)

if the complaint or information relates to a matter in section 19(1)(e), (f), (i), (k) or (l), be supported by a statutory declaration unless the complaint or information is made or provided by a public officer or a member or an employee of the Board in his or her capacity as a public officer or such a member or an employee.
