Section 34

Service of documents

Any notice, order or document required or authorised to be served under this Act is deemed to be duly served —

(a)

by delivering a copy thereof personally or by leaving it with some adult person at the last known place of residence or business of the person on whom it is to be served; or (b)by sending it by registered post addressed to the person or whom the notice is to be served at his or her last known place of residence or business.
