Section 19

The Minister or any person authorised by the Minister may compound any offence under section 12N, 16 or 18 or any regulations made under this Act by collecting from the person reasonably suspected of having committed the offence a sum not exceeding $5,000.

The Commissioner for Labour may compound any offence under section 12AA, 12B, 12D, 12E, 12H or 17 by collecting from the person reasonably suspected of having committed the offence a sum not exceeding $1,000.
