Compliance with codes of practice
(1)
Every electricity licensee must comply with the codes of practice and other standards of performance issued or approved under section 16 and directions given under section 17.
(2)
No electricity licensee may allow electricity to be generated, transmitted, supplied or retailed or market support services to be provided otherwise than in accordance with any applicable code of practice or other standards of performance specified in the conditions of its electricity licence, the regulations or any direction given by the Authority.
