Interpretation
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires —“Authority” means the Health Sciences Authority established under section 3;“Chairman” means the Chairman of the Authority and includes a temporary Chairman appointed under section 8;“Chief Executive” means the Chief Executive of the Authority appointed under section 15 and includes any person acting in that capacity;“member” means a member of the Authority and includes a temporary member appointed under section 8.
