Constitution of Authority
(1)
The Authority shall consist of —
(a)
a Chairman; and
(b)
not less than 6 but not more than 10 other members,all of whom shall be appointed by the Minister.
(2)
The Minister may appoint the Chief Executive to be a member of the Authority.
