Constitution of Office
(1)
The Office consists of —
(a)
a Chairperson;
(b)
a Deputy Chairperson; and
(c)
not less than 8 and not more than 20 other members as the Minister may determine.
(2)
The First Schedule has effect with respect to the Office, its members and its proceedings.
