Section 11

Act to prevail over Constitution of Federation

(1)

Any provision of the Constitution of the Federation that is inconsistent with this Act shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void.

(2)

Nothing in this Act is to be construed to excuse or exempt the Federation from complying with any written law that (apart from this Act) would apply to it.
