Section 123R
Obligation to maintain proper records
(1)
Every authorised benchmark administrator and exempt benchmark administrator must maintain a record of the following in respect of a designated benchmark administered by it:
all information or expressions of opinion used for the purposes of determining the designated benchmark;
the manner in which the formula or other methods of calculation is applied to the information or expressions of opinion mentioned in paragraph (a) in determining the designated benchmark;
such other matters as the Authority may prescribe by regulations made under section 123ZZA.
(2)
The record mentioned in subsection (1) must be kept for such period, and in such form and manner, as may be prescribed by regulations made under section 123ZZA.
