Section 123V

Obligation to assist Authority

Every authorised benchmark administrator and exempt benchmark administrator must provide such assistance to the Authority as the Authority may require for the performance of the functions and duties of the Authority, including —

(a)

the submission of returns; and

(b)

the provision of books and information —

(i)

relating to the business of the authorised benchmark administrator or exempt benchmark administrator, as the case may be; or

(ii)

in respect of a designated benchmark administered by it.
