Record to accompany report
If —
(a)
in the Authority’s opinion, a statement made at an examination is relevant to any other investigation conducted under this Division;
(b)
a record of the statement was made under section 158; and
(c)
a report about the other investigation is prepared under section 151(3),a copy of the record must accompany the report to be submitted to the Minister under section 151(3).
