Section 239B

The Authority may, if it thinks it necessary in the interests of the public or a section of the public or for the protection of investors, by regulations modify or adapt the provisions of this Division in their application to such offer of securities or securities‑based derivatives contracts as may be prescribed, and the provisions of this Division apply to such offer subject to such modifications or adaptations.
