Section 267A

Without affecting any other right of action or remedy in any written law or rule of law, a holder of debentures, the Authority or an approved exchange (in a case where the debentures are quoted or listed for quotation on that approved exchange) may apply to the court for an order to compel the trustee for the holders of such debentures to perform the trustee’s duties as set out in the trust deed relating to those debentures, and the court may either make the order on such terms as it considers appropriate, or dismiss the application.
