Obligation to maintain proper records

(1)
A recognised market operator must maintain a record of all transactions effected through its organised market in accordance with regulations mentioned in subsection (2).

The Authority may by regulations made under section 44 prescribe —
(a)
the form and manner in which the record mentioned in subsection (1) is to be maintained;
(b)
the extent to which the record includes details of each transaction; and
(c)
the period of time that the record is to be maintained.
