Section 46B

In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires —“foreign trade repository” means a trade repository which is incorporated or formed outside Singapore;“foreign trade repository licence” means a licence that is granted by the Authority to a foreign trade repository under section 46E(2);“Singapore trade repository” means a trade repository which is incorporated in Singapore;“trade repository” means a corporation that collects and maintains information on any transactions relating to any capital markets products, or any other transactions or class of transactions that the Authority may prescribe by regulations made under section 341 for the purposes of this definition;“trade repository licence” means a licence that is granted by the Authority to a Singapore trade repository under section 46E(1).
