Application for licence

(1)
A corporation that is, or intends to be, a Singapore trade repository may apply to the Authority for the grant of a trade repository licence.

A corporation that is, or intends to be, a foreign trade repository may apply to the Authority for the grant of a foreign trade repository licence.

(3)
An application under subsection (1) or (2) must be —
(a)
made in such form and manner as the Authority may prescribe; and
(b)
accompanied by a non‑refundable prescribed application fee, which must be paid in the manner specified by the Authority.

The Authority may require an applicant to provide the Authority with such information or documents as the Authority considers necessary in relation to the application.
