Annual fees payable by licensed trade repository or licensed foreign trade repository

Every licensed trade repository and every licensed foreign trade repository must pay to the Authority such annual fees as may be prescribed in such manner as the Authority may specify.

The Authority may, where it considers appropriate, refund or remit the whole or any part of any annual fee paid or payable to it.
