Section 46G

A corporation which intends to cease operating as a licensed trade repository or licensed foreign trade repository may apply to the Authority to cancel its trade repository licence or foreign trade repository licence, as the case may be.

An application under subsection (1) must be made in such form and manner, and not later than such time, as the Authority may prescribe.

The Authority may cancel the trade repository licence or foreign trade repository licence on such application if the Authority is satisfied that the cancellation of the trade repository licence or foreign trade repository licence (as the case may be) will not detract from the objectives specified in section 46A.
