Obligation to maintain proper records

(1)
A licensed trade repository must maintain a record of all transactions reported to the licensed trade repository.

The Authority may prescribe by regulations made under section 46ZJ —
(a)
the form and manner in which the record referred to in subsection (1) must be maintained;
(b)
the information and details relating to each transaction that are to be maintained in the record; and
(c)
the period of time that the record is to be maintained.
