Section 46T

Non‑compliance with business rules not to substantially affect rights of person

Any failure by a licensed trade repository to comply with this Act or its business rules in relation to a matter does not prevent the matter from being treated, for the purposes of this Act, as done in accordance with the business rules, so long as the failure does not substantially affect the rights of any person entitled to require compliance with the business rules.
