Section 81Y

Cancellation of approval

(1)

An approved holding company which intends to cease its activities as an approved holding company may apply to the Authority to cancel its approval.

(2)

The Authority may cancel the approval if it is satisfied that the approved holding company referred to in subsection (1) has ceased its activities as an approved holding company.
