Section 81ZC
Obligation to assist Authority
(1)
An approved holding company must provide such assistance to the Authority as the Authority may require for the performance of the functions and duties of the Authority, including the furnishing of such returns and the provision of —
such books and other information relating to the activities of the approved holding company; and
such other information,as the Authority may require for the proper administration of this Act.
(2)
Any approved holding company which contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $200,000 and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $20,000 for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.
