Application for grant of capital markets services licence

(1)
An application for the grant of a capital markets services licence must be made to the Authority in such form and manner as the Authority may specify.

(2)
The Authority may require an applicant to provide it with such information or documents as the Authority considers necessary in relation to the application.
(3)
An application for the grant of a capital markets services licence must be accompanied by a non‑refundable prescribed application fee which must be paid in the manner specified by the Authority.
